REFUND POLICY

Though I offer services, not tangible goods, I do accept refund requests. In the event that half or more of the work paid for has already been completed, I will reimburse you for 95% of the costs and retain 5% for the work already completed. You have 2 weeks from the official purchase date to get a full refund. After 14 days, the partial refund policy will apply (meaning you will get back 95% instead of 5%).
